I recently used the platform to find vendors for my wedding, and it was a mixed experience. While I appreciated the variety of vendors available, I found the website a bit overwhelming to navigate. The search filters were helpful, but I wish there was a more streamlined way to compare and contrast options. Additionally, some vendor profiles seemed outdated, leading to a few dead-end inquiries. On the positive side, the communication with the customer support team was prompt and helpful when I encountered issues. Overall, I was able to find a few great vendors through the platform, but the user experience could use some improvement.
