I must say, my recent purchase from the ec3dsports.com website was a bit disappointing. The product I ordered did not meet my expectations and I had to return it. However, the customer service was very understanding and provided a hassle-free return process. While this specific purchase was not great, I appreciate the effort from Qsd inc. in resolving the issue.
