I recently used a dental lab for some work, and while the results were satisfactory, the communication and overall experience left something to be desired. The website was informative, but I found it a bit difficult to navigate at times. In terms of the work itself, it was decent quality, but I did have a few issues with the fitting, which required some back and forth to resolve. I also had some difficulties getting a timely response from the customer service team, which was frustrating. Overall, the service was average, and I think there are areas for improvement in terms of customer experience and communication.
