I recently used the services of THK Associates and overall, my experience was average. While the website had a professional appearance and was easy to navigate, I found that the information provided was not as comprehensive as I had hoped. Additionally, the response time to my inquiries was a bit slower than I would have liked. On the positive side, the staff I interacted with were polite and courteous, and the final deliverables met my expectations. However, I believe that there is room for improvement in terms of communication and providing more detailed information about the services offered. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but I would like to see more attention to customer responsiveness and information transparency in the future.
