I recently had the opportunity to work with a company based in Istanbul, and overall, my experience was average. The company's website was easy to navigate and provided basic information about their services. However, I found their customer support to be lacking. There were instances where my inquiries were not responded to promptly, which was frustrating. Additionally, the overall communication with the company left something to be desired. It often felt as though there was a lack of clarity and transparency in our interactions. On the positive side, the company did deliver the service we agreed upon, and the quality was satisfactory. While I didn't have any major issues, I also didn't feel like the company went above and beyond to provide exceptional service. If they improve their communication and customer support, it could definitely enhance the overall experience for their clients.
