I recently purchased LED strip lights from this company via their website. The ordering process was straightforward, and the website was easy to navigate. However, I was somewhat disappointed with the overall quality of the product. The LED strips did not provide the level of brightness that I was expecting, and some of them even had issues with the adhesive not sticking properly. I reached out to their customer service team for assistance, and they were prompt in responding to my inquiries. They were able to offer some solutions, but it still left me feeling a bit underwhelmed with the overall experience. The shipping and delivery were on time, and the packaging was adequate. In summary, while the company provides an average level of service and support, the product quality did not meet my expectations.
