The customer service at Element Electronics is absolutely terrible. I had a problem with my TV and when I called their support line, I was put on hold for over an hour. When I finally got through, the representative was not helpful at all and seemed to have no knowledge of the product. I ended up having to fix the issue myself. Overall, my experience with Element Electronics has been very negative and I would not recommend their products to anyone.
