I have been renting from a local rental management...

I have been renting from a local rental management company for the past year and it has been a decent experience. The company has been fairly responsive to maintenance requests and the property has been well-maintained. However, there were a few instances where there was a lack of communication, which was a bit frustrating. Overall, I would rate their service as average.
