I have been a member of Downham Health and Leisure Centre for a while now, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and the facilities are excellent. The gym equipment is always clean and in good working condition. The fitness classes are varied and suitable for all fitness levels. The membership fee is reasonable compared to other leisure centres in the area. I highly recommend this centre to anyone looking to stay fit.
