I recently worked with a corporate real estate company for a property search, and my experience was somewhat average. The website provided a good amount of information and resources, which was helpful. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. It took a while to get a response to my inquiries, and I didn't feel like my needs were fully understood or prioritized. The process of finding and finalizing a property also took longer than I anticipated, causing some frustration. On the positive side, the company did eventually help me find a suitable property, but I believe there is room for improvement in their communication and efficiency. Overall, it was an average experience, and I would hope for better service in the future.
