My experience at Keane (Formerly Caritor India, Pvt. Ltd.) was satisfactory. The work environment was good, and the colleagues were helpful. The management could have been more proactive in addressing issues. Some projects were challenging, while others were smooth. The workload could be overwhelming at times. Nevertheless, I learned a lot during my time with Keane and had the opportunity to enhance my skills. I would recommend the company to others looking for a stable work environment.
