As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to use the services of Collaborative AV for a business event and I must say, I had a mixed experience. The website was user-friendly 🌐, providing detailed information about their offerings and pricing. Booking their services was a smooth process, with quick response times from their team. However, during the event, the AV equipment encountered a few technical glitches 🎥 which interrupted the flow of our presentations. The on-site technician was prompt in resolving the issues, although it did cause some inconvenience and delays. On the positive side, the quality of the audiovisual setup was satisfactory, and the equipment appeared to be well-maintained. Overall, my experience with Collaborative AV was average. While they delivered on some aspects, the technical issues were a downside that affected the overall outcome of our event.
