I had a mixed experience with Chile importadora. While their customer service was prompt and helpful, the product I received was not as advertised. The quality was subpar and I had to return it for a refund. The return process was quite smooth and I received my refund within a reasonable time frame. Overall, I would say their customer service is commendable but they need to work on improving the quality of their products.
