I recently had the opportunity to work with a photography company for an event, and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a clean layout, making it simple to find the information I needed. The company offered a diverse range of packages to choose from, which was great for finding something that suited my budget.

However, I needed to reach out to the company multiple times before receiving a response, which was a bit frustrating. Additionally, the communication leading up to the event could have been more detailed and proactive. On the actual day, the photographer arrived on time and was professional throughout, but I felt like they lacked a bit of creativity and didn't capture as many candid moments as I had hoped for.

Overall, while the company did an okay job, there were some areas for improvement in terms of responsiveness and creativity. I may consider exploring other options in the future.
