I recently tried out Mysore Mallorca Ashtanga Yoga and it was a fantastic experience! The instructors were friendly and provided helpful guidance throughout the class. The studio had a peaceful ambiance that allowed me to fully relax and connect with my practice. I would definitely go back again!
