I recently took a trip with a travel agency and had a good experience overall. The itinerary was well-designed and the destinations were interesting. The customer service was satisfactory and the staff was helpful. However, there were a few minor issues during the trip that could have been handled better. Nonetheless, I would consider booking with them again for future travel plans.
