I recently engaged with this company after being referred to them by a friend. The experience was average. Despite providing a decent service, their website felt a bit outdated and difficult to navigate. However, their customer service team was responsive and helpful in addressing my queries. I did appreciate their prompt delivery of the product, but I think there is room for improvement in terms of product quality. Overall, an average experience with potential for improvement.
