I recently had the opportunity to visit a local counseling center in Lexington, and overall, my experience was average. The staff at the center seemed knowledgeable and professional, and they were able to address my concerns effectively. The website was informative and easy to navigate, providing a clear overview of the services offered. However, I found the scheduling process to be slightly frustrating, as it took longer than expected to secure an appointment. Additionally, while the counseling session itself was beneficial, I felt that it lacked a personalized touch. I was hoping for more tailored advice and guidance that specifically addressed my individual needs. Nonetheless, I appreciate the efforts of the center in creating a welcoming and supportive environment. With a few improvements, I believe they have the potential to provide exceptional counseling services to their clients.
