I recently had the opportunity to work with a real estate company based on their website c21atkinsrealty.com. The overall experience was average. While the agents were professional and knowledgeable, I found the communication to be lacking at times. It would often take longer than expected to get a response or have questions answered. Additionally, the website itself could use some improvement in terms of user-friendliness and navigation. On the positive side, the agents were able to find several suitable properties that met my criteria and were proactive in setting up viewings. However, I did feel that the negotiation process could have been handled more efficiently. Overall, my experience with this real estate company was average. They have room for improvement in terms of responsiveness and website usability but were able to deliver suitable property options.
