I have been going to the Kankakee Area YMCA for years, and I can say that it is an excellent place. The facilities are well-maintained, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The variety of classes and programs offered is great, there is something for everyone. I especially enjoy the group fitness classes like Zumba and Yoga. The instructors are knowledgeable and create a positive and motivating atmosphere. The YMCA is a great place to workout and improve your health and fitness. Highly recommend!
