I recently used a design service from a company specializing in visual solutions. I found the company through their website, studiovsg.com. In terms of the overall experience, I would rate it as average. While the quality of their work was satisfactory, I felt that the customer service could have been more responsive.

The website itself was well-designed and easy to navigate. I appreciated the clear information about the services offered and their previous projects. However, I encountered some issues when trying to contact their team. It took longer than I expected to receive a response, which was a bit frustrating.

When I finally got in touch with them, the communication improved and they were able to understand my requirements. The final design they delivered met my expectations, but I can't deny that the delays and lack of communication left a somewhat sour impression.

Overall, it was an average experience – decent quality work, but lacking in customer service and timely response.
