⭐⭐⭐ The moving company I hired recently was not bad, but not exceptional either. The process of booking their services through their website was hassle-free and their movers arrived on time. However, I was hoping for a more personalized and friendly experience. The movers seemed a bit distant and lacked enthusiasm while handling my belongings. Though my items were delivered undamaged, the moving process felt quite rushed, causing some minor scuffs on the walls of my new home. Furthermore, their website could use some improvement in terms of user-friendliness and providing more detailed information. Overall, I had an average experience with this company. They got the job done, but I was left feeling like I could have received better service elsewhere. 😐
