I recently had the opportunity to work with a machining company for a project, and I ultimately decided to go with Concept Machining after browsing several options online. I found their website to be informative and easy to navigate, providing details about their services and capabilities. The communication with their team was average, as they responded to my inquiries in a timely manner but lacked a personal touch. When it came to the quality of the work, I found it to be satisfactory but nothing exceptional. They were able to meet my specifications, but I didn't feel that the end result exceeded my expectations. Overall, Concept Machining is an average company in terms of service and quality. While they got the job done, I believe there are better options out there with more attention to detail and customer service.
