I recently purchased a water purifier from this company and had a mixed experience. 🤔 The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was smooth. However, the delivery took longer than expected, earning them a ⏳. Once I received the product, I found the quality to be satisfactory, but not exceptional. The purifier works fine, but I was hoping for a more advanced model with additional features. 🚰 On the positive side, the customer service was helpful when I contacted them with a query. They responded promptly and resolved my issue, which was a relief. 👏 Overall, my experience with the company was average. While they are reliable in terms of delivery and customer service, they could improve by offering a wider variety of products to cater to different customer needs. 😐
