I recently stayed at a Mercure hotel and it was a good experience overall. The website was easy to use and the booking process was straightforward. The staff at the hotel were friendly and attentive. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel amenities were satisfactory. However, I feel that the breakfast options could be improved. I would consider staying at Mercure hotels again in the future.
