I've been practicing Pilates for a while and I recently started taking classes at this studio. It's been a wonderful experience so far. The instructors are highly skilled and create challenging yet enjoyable classes. The studio has a calming ambiance which helps me focus on my practice. I highly recommend giving it a try!
