I have recently started working with Systems Design Engineering, Inc. and so far my experience has been average. The company has a strong reputation in the industry and their website sdei.net is informative and user-friendly. However, I have found a few areas where improvement is needed. The communication within the team can be better and sometimes projects are not well-organized. Overall, I believe there is potential for the company to grow and become great.
