I recently purchased from a company and had an okay experience. The website was functional and I was able to find what I needed without any issues. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It took longer than expected to receive a response to my inquiry and I felt like I was not valued as a customer. The product itself was good, but the overall experience could have been better.
