I recently had an experience with a property management company that left me with mixed feelings. On one hand, their website was user-friendly and provided a lot of helpful information about their services. However, I found their communication to be somewhat lacking. I had to follow up multiple times before receiving a response to my inquiries, which was frustrating. When I finally did speak with a representative, they were knowledgeable and helpful, but it took longer than expected to get to that point. The company seemed to have a decent reputation, but my personal experience was just average. Overall, I appreciated the convenience of their website, but their responsiveness could definitely use improvement.
