I recently used the services of this rehab company and had a decent experience. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facility was well-maintained. However, I found the treatment plans to be somewhat generic and not fully tailored to my specific needs. 🤔 The communication from the team could have been more consistent, as there were times when I felt a bit in the dark about my progress. Overall, it was an average experience that could have been improved with more personalized attention and clearer updates on my rehabilitation journey. I hope they take these points into consideration for future clients.
