I recently had the opportunity to work with a company that focuses on environmental services. The website was easy to navigate, and had a professional look. The services provided were quite comprehensive, covering everything from waste management to energy efficiency solutions. However, I found the overall experience to be average. While the staff members were knowledgeable, they did not go the extra mile to make me feel valued as a customer. The response time to my inquiries was satisfactory, but not exceptional. Additionally, I felt that the pricing was on the higher side compared to similar companies in the industry. The quality of work provided was good, but did not exceed my expectations. Overall, it was a decent experience, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and pricing.
