I recently started pilates at a studio nearby and I must say, I am really impressed with the quality of instruction and the atmosphere. The classes are engaging and I always leave feeling accomplished and energized. The studio is clean, bright, and cozy. The instructors are attentive and helpful, making sure to correct your form and offer modifications when needed. It's been a wonderful experience so far and I can't wait to continue my pilates journey!
