I recently started practicing yoga and decided to give Cascade Yoga Studio a try. I am so glad I did! The instructors are fantastic and the classes are always enjoyable. I love how the studio focuses on creating a non-competitive and inclusive environment. I feel more relaxed and rejuvenated after every class. Highly recommend!
