I recently bought some interior products from the company and overall, I found the quality to be satisfactory. The company's website was easy to navigate and had a good range of products to choose from. The ordering process was smooth, and my items arrived within the expected time frame. However, I did encounter a slight issue with the packaging, as one of the items arrived with a small dent. 🤔 Despite this, the customer service team was responsive and offered a satisfactory resolution. While my experience was mostly positive, I hope the company can improve on their packaging to ensure products are delivered in perfect condition. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
