As a customer, I recently had the opportunity to work with a software development company whose website is agilityio.com. Overall, my experience with the company was fairly average. The communication was satisfactory, although at times it felt slightly impersonal. The project was completed within the agreed timeframe which was respectable. However, the quality of the final product did not fully meet my expectations. There were a few minor bugs that needed to be fixed, and the overall user experience could have been more intuitive. While the company did show a willingness to address these issues, it took longer than expected for them to be resolved. On a positive note, the team was knowledgeable and able to offer valuable insights. Based on my experience, I would consider the company to be average and would recommend them with the understanding that some improvements could be made.
