I am a CUSTOMER of M & a prime benefits, llc and I have to say that their service is average. The website mackeyonline.com is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, I was expecting more from them. The customer support was not very helpful and it took them a long time to respond to my inquiries. Overall, I think there is room for improvement.
