I joined Crossfit Coronado a few months ago and I have seen great improvements in my overall fitness. The workouts are always challenging and the trainers push you to give your best effort. I appreciate the supportive and inclusive environment they have created. The trainers are knowledgeable and approachable, always ready to answer questions and offer modifications. I love being a part of this community!
