The experience I had with this company was average. The website was easy to navigate and had all the necessary information about their products and services. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. When I reached out with some questions, it took them a while to get back to me, and even then, their responses were not very helpful. Additionally, I had some issues with the delivery of my order. It arrived later than expected and was not in the best condition. While the products themselves were decent, these negatives definitely impacted my overall satisfaction with the company. I would recommend them if you are looking for a specific product, but don't expect top-notch customer service or a seamless delivery process.
