I recently used the services of this real estate company to sell my property, and I have to say, my experience was fairly average. The website provided a good platform to list my property and I appreciated the user-friendly interface. However, the overall communication and responsiveness of the agents could have been improved. It took some time to receive updates on potential buyers and I felt like I had to constantly follow up for progress on my sale. The marketing efforts for my property could have also been more proactive. Although they did eventually find a buyer, I expected more effort in promoting my property to potential buyers. Overall, I would say the company provides a satisfactory level of service, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and marketing strategies.
