The Centre for Development of Telematics (C-DOT) is doing an average job in my opinion. I have seen some improvements in their services, but there is still a long way to go. The website, cdot.in, is user-friendly and provides all the necessary information. However, I feel that the company can work on their customer support as it is lacking in responsiveness. Overall, an average experience with C-DOT.
