I recently used a travel website to book my vacation and I must say it was an average experience overall. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was straightforward. However, I was disappointed with the lack of variety in their travel packages. The customer service was also just average, as I had to wait a long time to get a response to my inquiries. I hope the company can improve in these areas.
