I've tried many pilates studios, but Tehila's is by far the best! The instructors are highly skilled and attentive, always ensuring correct form and providing modifications when needed. The studio is clean and has a welcoming atmosphere. I have seen significant improvements in my overall fitness since attending classes at Tehila's pilates. Highly recommended!
