I recently traveled with the company for the first time. I found the website user-friendly for booking tickets, and the train was punctual. However, the cleanliness of the train could have been better, and the seats were not very comfortable for a long journey. The customer service was friendly, but it took a while to get a response to my query. Overall, the experience was okay, but there is definitely room for improvement. 🚆
