📺 Just got my TV repaired by this company. Overall, the experience was average. 😐 The technician arrived on time, which was good. However, I felt that the repair process took longer than expected. It took three days to fix a simple issue, which kind of disappointed me. ⏰ On the positive side, the technician was knowledgeable and friendly. They explained the problem and the steps they would take to fix it. But I think the communication could have been better. I had to call multiple times to get updates on the repair status. 📞 In terms of pricing, it was fair compared to other similar services. 💰 The website was user-friendly and had all the necessary information. 🌐 Overall, considering the average service, I might give them another chance, but they definitely need to improve their speed and communication. ⏳🗣️
