Xcellerated fitness has exceeded my expectations. The trainers are excellent and really push you to achieve your goals. The variety of classes keeps things interesting and challenging. The environment is non-intimidating and the members are supportive. I've seen incredible improvements in my strength and fitness level. Xcellerated fitness is definitely a cut above the rest!
