I have been a customer of R&D Labs, Tata Fones Ltd. for several years now and I must say that their service is average. The staff is polite and the products are decent, but there is definitely room for improvement. The prices are a bit high compared to other companies in the market, and sometimes the delivery takes longer than expected. Overall, I would say it's an okay experience, but there are better options out there.
