CFYC is the best fitness and yoga center I've ever been to! The trainers are incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. The classes are challenging and fun, with a good mix of strength training and flexibility exercises. The facilities are always clean and well-maintained. CFYC is definitely my go-to place for a great workout!
