I would rate Southern California Sound Image as an average company. Their website, sound-image.com, provides all the necessary information about their services and products. However, I think they can improve in terms of customer support. My experience with their customer service was not very satisfactory. They took longer than expected to respond to my queries. Overall, I believe they need to work on improving their communication and responsiveness.
