I recently stayed at a beachfront resort in Virginia Beach and overall, it was an average experience. The location of the resort was great, with direct access to the beach and stunning ocean views from the room. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The staff seemed disinterested and were not very helpful with inquiries or requests. Additionally, the room itself was clean but outdated. The furniture and decor could use some updating to create a more modern and comfortable atmosphere. On a positive note, the resort had a nice pool area and the on-site restaurant had delicious food. The price was reasonable for the location, but I expected a higher level of service for the cost. Overall, it was an average stay with some positives but room for improvement in terms of customer service and room decor.
