I had a mixed experience with Duct Works Environmental. Although their technicians were knowledgeable and professional, the service did not live up to my expectations. The cleaning left some areas untouched and I still noticed dust in my home. However, their customer service was prompt and they offered to re-service the areas missed. Overall, I would say my experience was average.
